Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Hurghada by a Live Egypt Tours representative. Transfer by air-conditioned vehicle to Hurghada International Airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, our Egyptologist guide will accompany you to discover the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus (Giza Pyramids). Then, visit the Great Sphinx, the head of a pharaoh with a lion’s body. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the Egyptian Museum, which displays a fine collection representing 5,000 years of art, including the treasures of Tutankhamun. After your tour, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo for an overnight stay.

Alexandria Tours: After breakfast, transfer to the second capital of Egypt, Alexandria, a 3-hour drive from Cairo. Visit the Qaitbay Citadel, built in the 15th century by Sultan Qaitbay on the site of Alexandria’s ancient lighthouse. Explore the famous Alexandria Library and the Catacombs of Kom El Shokafa, a unique underground burial site. Visit the Montaza Garden and the palaces of King Farouk.
